At Rise Haus Project, we envision a world where homeownership is no longer a privilege for the few — but a pathway to power, healing, and generational change for all.

Because of our own lived experiences, we believe that low-income, Black, LGBTQ+, disabled, and all other underserved communities deserve not just a place to live, but a place to grow roots. A place to call their own. A place to rise.

Our vision is to close the homeownership gap by walking with our people — from learning how credit works, to getting the keys, to staying rooted long after move-in day. We’re not just teaching real estate; we’re restoring dignity, confidence, and access.

Through youth legacy education, hands-on community care, and long-term homeowner support, we are planting the seeds of equity — one family, one home, one story at a time.
